A wonderfully romantic flight for two in
a hot air balloon.
Hot air ballooning is unlike other forms of flying; your visibility
is through 360 degrees and your flight will feel uninhibited
as you silently glide over the countryside.
A model world appears below, familiar landmarks
take on new perspectives, whether you are close to the ground
viewing wildlife, or up amongst the clouds marvelling at their
powdery puffs you will be intrigued by this aerial mystery
tour.
agenda - Call your chosen launch site prior
to departure to ensure the weather is fine for flying and
be sure to arrive in plenty of time for the flight.
Balloons are flown first thing in the morning and last thing
in the day from spring to autumn and occasionally throughout
the day in winter. Flights last about an hour, the whole experience
lasts around three hours. Cameras and videos are welcome so
bring plenty of film!
- Flights are available from March to October
- Price displayed is for two people. There will be other members
of the public on the same flight.
- Voucher valid for 10 months
- You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence
of drugs or alcohol.
- The operator will not fly children under the age of 12
- A child under the age of 16 will only be flown if accompanied
by a adult
- Minimum height is 4 foot
- Flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient
passengers booked.
Old flat weatherproof shoes or walking boots
and comfortable casual walking clothing suitable to the appropriate
time of year are recommended as you will take off and land
in a field. It is recommended that other garments should be
made from natural as opposed to man made fabrics. Ladies are
advised to wear trousers.
