You will be briefed on the flight before take-off. As part of the experience, you may participate in helping set up the balloon and also to pack it away after landing. The retrieve crew will follow the balloon and meet you after the landing to return you to the launch site. You should allow approximately 3-4 hours in total for your trip and the retrieve, depending upon conditions on the day.

- Minimum age 12.
- Under-16's must be accompanied by an adult (under 18’s need parental/guardian consent)
- You should be in reasonable health and agile enough to climb in and out of the basket!
- Minimum height 4’6” (137cms)

- Safety briefing and participation in setting up the balloon
- One flight of 30-60 minutes (depending on weather conditions) as a member of small group of passengers

Balloons are flown first thing in the morning and last thing in the day from spring to autumn and occasionally throughout the day in winter. Flights last about an hour, the whole experience lasts around three hours. Cameras and videos are welcome so bring plenty of film!

The operator will then contact you when there is a promising weather forecast, and a flight is being arranged for your preferred day, to see if you are available. Follow the balloon operator's pre-flight instructions, call for a final weather check the evening prior to your morning flight to ensure the weather is suitable, and be sure to arrive in plenty of time for your flight.
