The XP-55 (Curtiss Model 249C) first flew in 1943 with an Allison V-1710 engine. Its performance merely equaled conventional fighters of the time and thus it never entered production. Plastic kit features engraved panel lines, a fully detailed cockpit, realistic landing gear and markings, and more. 10" wingspan with 55 pieces including resin detail parts; assembly required.
