The need for cargo gliders at the beginning of WWII led to the development of the Gotha 242. Later, two engines were added, enabling the German Air Force to have a simple transport plane with the Gotha 244, which was capable of transporting 23 fully equipped soldiers. Detailed plastic kit features realistically engraved and raised panel lines, authentic-look cockpit with pilot figures and choice of markings. 13" wingspan; assembly required.
