A perfect companion to Naval Fighter Series Volume 31 on the Skyrocket, this is a fully detailed plastic kit of the Navy's early twin-engine fighter test bed. Plastic kit can be built as the early version without armament or as the later version with armament attached. Detailed cockpit includes a seat, stick, rudder pedals, and instrument panel. Nose guns and wing fillets for armed version. Armament doors can be positioned opened or closed but should be closed for unarmed version. Engine parts include an ignition harness, hub, cylinders, intake collector, gearbox, and exhaust collector. Also includes vertical and horizontal stabilizers that vary between the early and late versions. 101/2" wingspan when complete.
