Plastic Model Kit
The
monstrous airplane flew only once, but what a sight
it was! With a wingspan 100 feet greater than today's
giant C-5A Galaxy and a vertical fin that towered
eight stories high, the Spruce Goose was one of Howard
Hughes' most ambitious projects. This plastic kit
is over 13" long and has a big 19" wingspan.
