Limited edition, 1/144 scale die cast model of this remarkable Soviet long-range heavy bomber. The Tu-4 is a piece-by-piece replica of a B-29 Superfortress that the Soviet's dismantled, analyzed and copied starting in 1945. The first Tu-4 flew in 1947 with 300 in service by 1950; at the end of service some were converted to refueling tankers while others were radar testbeds. Detail model features rotating props, rubber tires and more; display stand included. 111/2" wingspan.
