Thunder on the Deck
John Doughty. You can almost hear the roar of the jet engines and the hissing steam from the catapults as the Marine F-4 Phantom prepares to launch from the USS Coral Sea (CV-43) during the Iran hostage crisis. The Marine F-4 Phantom from VMF-531, "The Grey Ghosts", were one of two squadrons stationed on the Coral Sea and comprised the first all Marine Fighter wing on the carrier. Faster Than a Speeding Bullet
Mike Machat. In 1959, Convair dramatically demonstrated the radical concept of undetected low-level airspace penetration: using the new B-58, Chief Test Pilot Beryl Erickson flew 1,400 miles from Texas to California, nonstop, at altitudes below 500 feet and at speeds up to 720 mph - without the use of navigational aids. 31"x 241⁄2" limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist and Beryl Erickson.

Tomcat!
Dru Blair. Depicts the awesome power and agility of the Grumman F-14A+ in low-level profile.
