Jet Interceptors
Nicolas Trudgian. By the end of WWII, Herbert Ihlefeld achieved 140 air victories for the Luftwaffe and survived being shot down eight times during 1000+ combat missions. Here is Herbert Ihlefeld's personal He 162, "White 23," with others on patrol. This airplane was later captured intact and is now in the collection of the National Air and Space Museum. Limited edition of 250 signed by artist and Herbert Ihlefeld. 18"x 12" print.

$110.00

Rocket Attack
Nicolas Trudgian. This portrayal of the Me 163 Komet perfectly captures the function of this tiny interceptor. Rocketing up through the formation of B-17s at almost three times their speed, the Komet makes its strike and flashes into the distance before the gunners have time to react. You can almost see the surprise on the faces of the B-17 crews as the Me 163 speeds past! 17?"x 12?" limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist and Me 163 pilot Oberleutnant Franz Woidich.

$19.95

Messerschmitt Me 262
Tony Weddel. In January 1945, an elite fighter unit was formed using the Me 262 and many of Germany's remaining veteran pilots. Designated JV 44, it was led by General Adolf Galland, the famous ace who had led Germany's fighter arm. One of the more active days for JV 44 was April 7, 1945, in which 15 American heavy bombers were lost, most of them to the German jets. This scene shows a pass by Me 262s of JV 44 against American B-24s, which resulted in the loss of two bombers, though an Me 262 was heavily hit. 23"x 19" print.

$39.95

Herman's Comet
Stan Stokes. Although the Me-163, the breakthrough rocket-powered fighter, lacked the duration to make it very effective, it is nonetheless one of the more important airplane developments of the century. Print depicts a 163 with Chief Test Pilot Rudy Opitz at the controls briefing Herman Goering about the flight characteristics of the airplane. An Arado Ar 234, the jet bomber, stands in the background. 16"x 11?" limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist.

$34.95

Evolution
Thomas Tullis. This dramatic print of an Me 262 accelerating in a climb shows the power of the radically new Jumo jet engines - which were an incredible leap in airplane evolution - as well as the graceful lines of the twin-engine nacelle design. 17"x 11" gicl?e print is signed by the artist.

$34.95

Ascension
Thomas Tullis. An Me 163 - as dangerous to its pilots as to the enemy - blasts upward, serving as the only rocket-powered fighter of WWII. 11"x 17" gicl?e print is signed by the artist.

$110.00

Eagle Strike
Simon Atack. This high-impact print shows Major Gunther Rall bringing down Hub Zemke's wingman for the first of two victories he claimed before being downed by P-47s from the 56th Fighter Group. After recuperating, Rall returned to combat flying, commanding JG300 until the end of the hostilities by which time, with 275 air victories, he became the third highest scoring ace in history. Limited edition print measures 31?"x 23?" and is signed by General Gunther Rall and the artist.

Dawn Intrusion
Robert Bailey. At dawn on a crisp February morning in 1945 at Brandenburg-Briest, Germany, Walter Schuck of JG-7 returns from a brief test flight in his Me 262 to discover that his airstrip is under attack. Here, Me 109s dive in to defend the base and aid Schuck as he his harassed by P-51s while below, a Heinkel 111 has crashed, German Tiger tanks lurk in the trees, and P-47s bomb the hangars. 31"x 20" limited edition print is signed by the artist and Walter Schuck.

$34.95

Me 163 Komet
Tony Weddel. A B-17 Flying Fortress named "Outhouse Mouse" from the 91st Bombardment group was knocked out of formation by an Fw 190 and a Bf 109, and was soon attacked by a flight of two Komets. Only the evasive maneuvers of the B-17 pilot and the intervention of P-51s from the 359th Fighter Group saved the bomber to fight another day. Signed by Me 163 pilot Rudy Opitz. 23"x 19" print.

$235.00

Adler Schwarm
Jim Laurier. On May 12, 1944, Gunther Rall led 25 Bf-109s from Hustedt to meet a formation of 800 bombers and their 1200 escorting fighters. In the ensuing battle, Rall faced P-47s from "Zemke's Wolfpack," lost his wingman, and was forced to bail out at low altitude because of damage to his airplane. 27"x 18" limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist and Lt. Gen. G?nther Rall.

Hans-Ulrich Rudel
Jerry Crandall. Hans Ulrich Rudel (see book above) made the classic Ju 87B-2 Stuka, in all of its ugliness, famous. It is incredible what he accomplished with an airplane that was outdated and vulnerable in the Western Theatre. The markings here depict late 1941, when Rudel flew with 3.Staffel/SG 2. Limited edition of 750 signed and numbered by the artist. 271⁄2"x 203⁄4" print.

Long Nose Trouble
Stan Stokes. Print depicts the high altitude version of the Fw 190 that had an in-line, water-cooled engine allowing it to fight at over 450 mph at 22,000 feet. This Fw 190D was also known as "Long Nose" or "Dora" because of its streamlined fuselage, extended over 40" to accommodate the change from radial to in-line engine. On this day, it chases off a P-51 Mustang as an Me 262 takes to the skies. Limited edition 16"x 111⁄2" print is signed and numbered by the artist.

Too Little Too Late
Stan Stokes. The jet-powered Me 262 fighter was fast and could easily outrun Allied fighters. Unfortunately from the German perspective, it arrived on the scene too late and in too few numbers to impact the outcome of the war. Here we see it attacking a late-model B-24 in 1945. 16"x 11?" signed and numbered limited edition print.

A Novel Concept
Stan Stokes. Precursors to today's cruise missiles, Mistels were composed of unmanned, obsolete Ju 88 bombers fitted with a huge warhead and a rudimentary guidance system. Coupled to either a Bf 109 or Fw 190, the fighter pilot flew the combination to within a reasonable distance of its target and then jettisoned the bomber. 16"x 11?" signed and numbered limited edition print.

Top Night Fighter
Stan Stokes. Major Heinz Schnaufer, with 121 victories, was the top-scoring night fighter ace of all time.
