The Memphis Belle in Technicolor - VHS Video
Join the crew of the "Memphis Belle" on their actual 25th mission. See them in action as they approach their Wilhelmshaven target, where they encounter "flak so think you could walk on it." Pressing on, they drop their bombs and head for home as German fighters swarm in firing - yet they return safely. Directed by 8th Air Force Lt. Col. William Wyler, film was shot with a hand-held 16mm camera and is narrated, combining into a powerful documentary. 40 minutes.

The Memphis Belle - DVD
The most famous B-17 in history, the Memphis Belle, was documented in the Army Air Corps film, The Memphis Belle: A Story of a Flying Fortress. Not only does this 2-DVD set contain that 45-minute motion picture, but it also delves into the background of that production, incorporating unused footage from the original 34 film reels now housed at the National Archives, footage of the crew's triumphant return home, and more. Approximately 5 hours total time.
