of the Spitfire from the drawing board of Reginald
Mitchell, known for his seaplane racers, to testing
and on to the war in Europe. There's also footage
of the Battle of Britain, the European theater and
more. Stuka. Loaded with interviews and unique footage,
much in color, the Ju 87 Stuka dive bomber "whistled"
as it dove at 300 mph. Despite its early success against
Poland and France, the Stuka failed in the Battle
of Britain and was withdrawn from that offensive.
Ultimately it continued to serve, and you'll see its
